1. General

1.1 These Terms and Conditions govern your purchase and use of VIP Passes for Uli Jon Roth events provided by Sky Arts International Ltd. ("we", "us", "our").

1.2 We are registered in England and Wales under company number 09897910.

1.3 You may contact us by:

1.4 If we need to contact you, we will do so via email, phone, or post using the information you provided when purchasing your VIP Pass.

2. VIP Pass Availability

2.1 VIP Passes are subject to limited availability and are sold on a first-come, first-served basis.

3. Price and Payment

3.1 The price for each VIP Pass is listed on our website and includes all applicable taxes.

3.2 Payment must be made in full before the event via our online store at http://www.ulijonroth.com/shop/ or at the merchandise stand on the day of the event (subject to availability).

4. Date Changes and Cancellations

4.1 VIP Passes are non-refundable unless:

  • The event is cancelled; or

  • The event date is changed due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

4.2 In the event of cancellation or rescheduling, you may:

  • Receive a replacement VIP Pass for another date/venue; or

  • Request a full refund if you cannot attend any rescheduled event.

This represents our full liability in such cases.

5. Pass and Merchandise Collection

5.1 VIP Passes will not be mailed. You will receive your pass at the venue from our VIP handlers on the day of the show.

5.2 You must present valid identification or proof of purchase to collect your VIP materials.

5.3 Merchandise (e.g. T-shirts, posters) will be collected separately at the merchandise booth upon proof of purchase.

6. Recording and Photography

6.1 No audio/video recording or photography is permitted during sound checks, backstage access, or rehearsals without prior written permission from us.

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1 We do not exclude liability where it would be unlawful to do so (e.g., for personal injury or death caused by negligence or fraud).

7.2 Subject to 7.1:

  • Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the VIP Pass.

  • We are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, including but not limited to travel or accommodation costs.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

8.1 These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any legal proceedings must be brought in the courts of England and Wales.

9. Additional Notes

  • VIP Pass Validity: Valid for one concert date only, to be selected and confirmed by email in advance.

  • Flexibility: You may change your selected event date by notifying us in advance by email.

  • Non-attendance: No refunds will be issued if you do not attend the selected event.

  • Concert Tickets: VIP Passes do not include admission to the concert. Tickets must be purchased separately.

Environmental Pledge

For every VIP Pass purchased, we will plant trees in our dedicated Sky Forest in the Scottish Highlands:

  • Meet & Greet Pass: 1 tree

  • Gold VIP Pass: 3 trees

  • Platinum VIP Pass: 5 trees
