Terms and conditions for Sky Guitar Academy

1.   General

1.1 These are the terms and conditions on which you purchaseSky Guitar Academy Passes from us.

1.2 We are Sky Arts International Limited, trading as Sky Arts International, a company registered in England and Wales. Our company registration number is 09897910 and our registered office is at Marche Manor, Halfway House, Shrewsbury, Shropshire, SY5 9DE.

1.4     If we have to contact you about your Sky Guitar Academy Pass we will do so by telephone, email or post using the details that you have provided to us.

2. Sky Guitar Academy Availability

2.1 Sky Guitar Academy Passes are subject to availability and are offered on a first come first served basis.

3. Price Any Payment

3.1 The price for each Sky Guitar Academy Pass is set out above and is [inclusive of all applicable sales taxes].

3.2 You must pay for your Sky Guitar Academy Pass before the event. You can pay for your Sky Guitar Academy using our online store at http://www.ulijonroth.com/shop/ using one of the payment methods provided.

4.  Date changes and cancellations

4.1  Sky Guitar Academy Passes are non-refundable save for where we change the date of an event or cancel it. We will only ever change the date of an event or cancel it due to circumstances outside of our reasonable control. If we change the date of an event or cancel it:4.1.1 We will offer you a replacement Sky Guitar Academy Pass for an alternative event and/or venue on a different date; or4.1.2  If you are unable to attend any rescheduled events, or we do not reschedule the cancelled event, we will offer you a full refund of your Sky Guitar Academy Pass.

5. This paragraph sets out the full extent of our liability to you in circumstances where we change the date of an event or cancel it.

6.  Where To Pick Up Your Sky Guitar Academy Passes And Merchandise

6.1  You will be given details of our handlers ahead of the event.

6.2 Our handlers will provide you with your Sky Guitar Academy Pass at the main box office, but your merchandise needs to be collected separately from the merchandise stand at the venue upon presentation of your email confirmation of payment or identification.

7.  Film And Sound Recordings

8.1 Film and sound recordings are not permitted at any time during rehearsals, backstage or during sound-checks, except for our explicit permission.

8.    Limitation And Exclusion Of Liability

8.1 We do not limit or exclude liability for anything which cannot be legally limited or excluded, including, but not limited to, death or personal injury caused by negligence or fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

8.2  Subject to the above paragraph:

8.2.1 Our total liability to you (whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty or otherwise) arising out of or connection with your purchase of the Sky Guitar Academy Pass shall not exceed the price you have paid for the Sky Guitar Academy Pass; and

8.2.2   We will not be liable to you in any way for any indirect or consequential losses suffered or costs incurred by you. This includes for example, but is not limited to, wasted expenditure such as travel and accommodation costs.

9. Governing Law And Jurisdiction

9.1 The sale of a Sky Guitar Academy Pass to you is governed by the laws of England and Wales and you can bring legal proceedings in respect of a Sky Guitar Academy Pass in the courts of England and Wales.
